⚠️ Echo Go+ Has Been Discontinued
The Echo Go+ has been discontinued by Echo Water and replaced by the Echo Flask. Limited stock may still be available through third-party retailers, but there is no longer warranty support or customer service for the Echo Go+.
Recommendation: Buy the Echo Flask—the current model with full warranty support and significantly improved features.
Most people should buy the Echo Flask, not the Echo Go+. The Flask reaches higher hydrogen concentrations (up to 8 ppm vs 4.5 ppm), has a larger capacity, retains hydrogen 3x longer, and includes smart app features. The Echo Go+ has been discontinued by Echo Water, making the Flask the only current-model option with full warranty support.
I own both bottles. The Echo Flask is the better buy in every measurable category. If you're choosing between these two Echo products, go with the Flask.
"The Echo Flask represents a significant upgrade over the Echo Go+ in every meaningful metric. Nearly double the hydrogen output, three times the retention, and smart app tracking make it the clear choice. With the Go+ discontinued, there's really no competition."

Hydrogen Output Differences
The Echo Flask produces up to 8 ppm in a 20-minute cycle and approximately 6 ppm in 10 minutes. The Echo Go+ produces 2.5-4.5 ppm in 5-10 minute cycles. That's nearly double the hydrogen per serving with the Flask.
Hydrogen retention is another major gap. The Echo Flask holds hydrogen for 10+ hours sealed, meaning you can prepare water in the morning and drink it throughout the day. The Echo Go+ only retains hydrogen for 3-5 hours, requiring more frequent cycles.
Portability
The Echo Go+ is slightly lighter (0.88 lb vs 1 lb) and smaller. It also has shorter cycle times (5-10 min vs 10-20 min) and can be used while charging, which is convenient for travel. If ultralight portability and fast cycles are your top priority, the Go+ has a small edge here—but the Flask's superior hydrogen output and retention more than compensate for the extra weight.
Who Should Buy Each Bottle
Buy the Echo Flask if:
- • You want the highest hydrogen output available
- • Smart app tracking appeals to you
- • You want full warranty support on a current model
- • Long hydrogen retention matters (10+ hours)
- • You're buying your first Echo bottle
The Echo Go+ was better for:
- • Ultra-budget buyers (when it was available)
- • People who preferred simpler one-button operation
- • Using while charging on the go
Note: The Echo Go+ has been discontinued.

Clinical Recommendation
In my practice, I now recommend the Echo Flask exclusively. The higher hydrogen output, better retention, and active warranty support make it the clear choice. If you already own an Echo Go+ that's still working well, there's no urgent need to upgrade—but when it's time for a new bottle, go with the Flask.
