RMT Daryl was very careful to discuss my specific physical issues and medical conditions with me before we even began; he discussed various methods of treatment and their benefits with me before we even began, and made sure that my preferences and needs were incorporated into my treatment plan. I've been to many other RMT's who just treated me according to their standard routine, but Daryl made sure that our session was going to be centered around my specific health needs. He patiently answered all of my questions about various treatment styles, and didn't try to impose a plan on me. He checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure everything was comfortable and effective, and suggested other steps that we might incorporate into a long-term treatment plan. Daryl truly has my best interests at heart, and I'm glad that he is so knowledgable and intuitive in making a health-care plan for me!

His clinic is well situated if you're in the Langford/ Colwood or View Royale area. Skilled with his hands and gets to the root of the problem with great knowledge and techniques. I have been going to Daryl now for 2 sessions, highly recommend. It is absolutely magical what he does. I’ve had such pain in my knees and lower back for years and honestly since going to him I can actually walk, climb up stairs without pain and sleep soundly. Anyone having issues I would recommend him 100%

I had such a great experience yesterday. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on with my body instead of just treating the symptoms. I really appreciated that he also gave me specific exercises and stretches to do at home so I can continue improving between appointments. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his clients feel better. Highly recommend!

Do you bill for ICBC or WorkSafeBC?
No, at this time we do not direct bill for ICBC or WorkSafeBC claims. We provide a detailed receipt for you to submit manually.
How does it work?
Bring your card or upload it to our secure Jane App portal. We submit the claim for you, and you just pay the remaining percentage (if any).
Do I need a doctor's referral for coverage?
Our clinic does not require a referral to book an appointment. However, your specific insurance plan *might* require a doctor's referral for reimbursement. We recommend checking your benefits booklet or online portal to confirm before your visit.
Can you check my coverage limit before my appointment?
Due to privacy laws, insurance companies will not disclose your remaining balance or coverage limits to us directly. We can only see if a claim is approved or denied at the time of submission. Please check your balance with your provider beforehand.
What if my claim is denied or requires manual submission?
In rare cases where the portal is down or a claim cannot be processed instantly (e.g., 'pending' status), you will be required to pay the full amount at the clinic. We will provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit manually to your insurer for reimbursement.
Do you bill for secondary insurance (coordination of benefits)?
We can only direct bill your *primary* insurance plan. If you have secondary coverage (e.g., through a spouse), you will need to pay any remaining balance and submit the receipt to the secondary insurer yourself.
