ICBC Active Rehab
After a motor vehicle accident (MVA) you will probably experience whiplash, headaches, neck, back or recurrent pain. You may also experience changes to your mental health, which include stress, anxiety, and depression.
At Sync Therapy, our main focus is to decrease your pain, increase your strength and get you feeling better so you can get back to the things you love.
Not being able to pull doors, turn your neck, or lift something without pain is not fun, it not only affects your quality of life but also your mental health and relationships. It’s tough when you can’t even walk your dog, play with your children or clean up the house.
Our ICBC recovery team consists of Massage Therapy and Athletic Therapy, which is designed to reduce your pain with massage therapy and help you recover with athletic therapy. If you want to reduce your pain, headaches or feel better, we suggest working with a nutritionist. They can provide you with foods and supplements proven to ease inflammation, reduce your pain, and help you sleep better. While you may ask ICBC to cover the nutritionist, it’s not currently covered like athletic therapy or massage therapy.
If you’ve involved in an MVA and have reported the incident to ICBC, you qualify for care at our ICBC Rehab in Victoria, BC.

We will require:
1) First and Last Name
2) ICBC Insurance Claim number and adjustor name
3) MVA Date
Our goal is to get your treatments started within a few days of your accident since this helps improve your recovery time.
You can simply make a note of your claim number and accident in our easy to fill out online forms.
You have 12 pre-approved treatments with our Massage Therapist and 12 treatments with our Athletic Therapist for ICBC active rehab, they just have to be used within 12 weeks of the incident. After that, we can work on your behalf to ask for an extension. *Please be aware that extension requests depends on the speed at which your ICBC Customer Claims Specialist (adjuster) responds to the request and may take longer than 72 hours.
