How Our Direct Billing Program Works
Before Your First Appointment
- You'll receive our online Intake form via email when booking
- Complete the Direct Billing checklist within the form
- Submit your insurance information at least one day before your appointment
- We'll create your profile to ensure a seamless process
During Your Visit
- We'll verify your coverage through the insurance portal
- You'll only pay any portion not covered by insurance
- Payment for any co-payments or deductibles will be collected at time of service

Coverage and Payment

Will I need to pay anything? Every insurance plan is different. You may be responsible for:
- Deductibles (which typically reset each January)
- Co-payments
- Any amount not covered by your insurance
- What if my plan covers 100%? If your plan provides 100% coverage and you've met your deductible, you typically won't have any out-of-pocket expenses.
- Can I use multiple insurance plans? Yes, we can help coordinate benefits between multiple insurance plans. Please provide all relevant insurance information.

Can you check my exact coverage? For privacy reasons, insurance companies only provide detailed coverage information to plan members. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify:
- Coverage amount per treatment
- Annual limits
- Required referrals
- Deductibles and co-payments
Service Availability
- Are all therapists registered for Direct Billing? Yes our RMT is registered for direct billing and your insurance

When is direct billing unavailable? Direct billing might not be available:
- During insurance portal maintenance
- Outside of insurance company operating hours (e.g., some portals close after 7pm PT or on Sundays)
- Due to technical issues
- For certain plans or treatment types

To participate in our direct billing program, please have:
- Insurance policy information (policy number and ID)
- Government-issued photo ID (if applicable)
- Any required medical referrals (if applicable)
- Secondary insurance information (if applicable)
