Our easy to use software allows you to book when it works for you. You're able to book multiple sessions in advance, so you can get the time you want

Direct billing and insurance

Let us handle the paperwork for your ICBC claim. We are able to direct bill ICBC so you don't have to! We are unable to direct bill for athletic therapy but we are able to provide you with a receipt so you can send it to your insurance provider. Always confirm prior to your session, if athletic therapy is covered. 

Cancel or reschedule free of charge

Life comes up, we get it. Reschedule as many times as you want with our easy to use online software or cancel if you're sick. You can do this as many times as you want as long as it's not within 24 hours of your treatment.

Pain management

Reducing pain and tension is often a goal of our clients when they come in. It can be from sitting too long, sports injury, chronic pain, or just sleeping in an awkward position. We use different techniques like massage, myofascial release, and mobilizations to get your joints moving better. We work with you to achieve that, the "no pain, no gain" isn't always the best option. We're able to also show you different options to reduce your pain because while we love massage therapy, we don't want people to only have to use it to reduce their pain.

Injuries seem to be a part of life! Don't worry, we're here to help you. Athletic Therapy is an integral part of the rehab process. Sometimes it's because you're active and roll your ankle. Maybe you're not as young as you use to be and you get one of those "sleeping injuries", nothing worse than starting your day with a kinked neck! If you have an injury, our Athletic Therapist on board can show you the appropriate exercises to rehab that injury

Daryl Stubbs

Daryl graduated from the Camosun College, obtaining his Bachelors of Athletic and Exercise Therapy Degree in 2013.

In 2017, he became a Registered Massage Therapist as well as being a Certified Athletic Therapist

In 2018, Daryl graduated from Canada's leading holistic nutrition, Canadian School of Natural Nutrition

Daryl’s clinical experience includes injury rehabilitation, exercise prescription, stress reduction, and improving health.
